**Welcome to Getyoga — an experience for body and soul! **
Goat yoga is a yoga session that combines movement, relaxation and nature experience — all in the company of our highly sociable goats. For about 60 minutes, you will train balance, agility and strength under the open sky, completely based on your own conditions. No prior knowledge is required — just bring your own yoga mat, bath towel or blanket, as well as soft clothing.
The session begins with a brief introduction about our goats and the association's non-profit work with the conservation of the endangered Swedish land breed jemtgoat. Our certified yoga instructor guides you through a gentle, bracing workout at a slow pace. One of our assistants is always there to create a safe environment — although it can be good to have a little goat's eye open 😉

This year we also have curious little guys on site — real beginners at yoga but experts in spreading joy. Their closeness and busyness add an extra dimension of presence, laughter and recovery. 🧘♀️ **For whom? **
Goat yoga is suitable for those who want to get moving, stay in nature and find ways to both physical and mental recovery. Or for those who simply want a unique and memorable experience to take home with you. 💚 Your participation makes a difference

Practical information
Please arrive well in advance so that you have time to land, find your seat and unwind before we start. If you go by public transport, keep in mind that it is a walk from the stop and that it may take a little longer than you think.
The number of goats in the pasture is currently 9 plus this year's kittens. We have both kittens and pregnant goats, which gives a calm and peaceful atmosphere, but playful kittens can occur — so feel free to show consideration and move carefully among the animals.
Our yoga sessions are held out in the open air, in scenic paddocks with no buildings or amenities adjacent to the site. Therefore, prepare yourself for a genuine nature experience!

During May, June and parts of August 2025 we will be in the pasture "Geteborg" in Långängens Nature Reserve on Lidingö. It is easiest to get here by car by aiming for Stockby gym or Långängens Gård where there are parking spaces.
Alternatively, you can take bus 201 from Ropsten to Hantverkshuset, pass Stockby riding house and follow the signs towards Stockby gym. There you turn right behind the gym, pass the outdoor gym and follow our signs about 10 min to Långängens bird marsh and the red barn. ➡️ If you are coming by car to "Geteborg":
Turn onto Ekholmsnäsvägen, and then take first left .
Then you get to a gravel parking. From there, just follow our signs with goats on -- and you'll find the right one! 🐐✨ -Directions to the garden in Upplands Väsby For the easiest way to get to the pasture, go to Pendelparkeringen at Upplands Väsby station. The garden is right on the roadside of the Ladbrovägen, so keep an eye out for our fancy Goat Yoga banner -- then you'll know you're right! 🐐🧘♀️ \ - Directions to the garden at Bohusgården — Lidingö To find the garden, go to address Bohusgården, Lidingö .
**NOTE! ** Do not drive all the way up to the house, then it is private land. **Take with you: **

About Get2Gether
Get2Gether en ideell förening vars vision är att återinföra jämtgeten som ekologiskt slyröjare längs Sveriges kraftledningsgator. Genom vårt avelsprogram kopplat till Svenska Getavelsförbundet bidrar vi till att bevara den hotade svenska Jämtgeten. Våra getter vallas i naturvårdsområden på Lidingö där de främjar biologisk mångfald genom att hålla landskapet öppet. Namnet Get2Gether syftar till gemenskap och vi är glada att vårt arbete även bidrar till välmående och glädje för storstadsbon samtidigt som vi driver ett cirkulärt samarbete med lokala trädgårdsodlare och andra föreningar som verkar för hållbarhet.
