Practical information — for all yoga session
Please arrive well in advance so that you have time to land, find your seat and unwind before we start. If you go by public transport, keep in mind that it is a walk from the stop and that it may take a little longer than you think.
Our yoga sessions are held out in the open air, in scenic paddocks with no buildings or amenities adjacent to the site. Therefore, prepare yourself for a genuine nature experience! (In case of severe weather or the like, the passports will be cancelled, and this will be announced no later than the night before. But a little light rain has no one died of)
As I said - Take with you:
· Own yoga mat, blanket and/or towel
· Water bottle
· Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing that you can move freely in
Directions to the garden “Geteborg” Långangen — Lidingö
🚗 By Car
If you are going to the pasture Geteborg in Långängens nature reserve, it is easiest to get to Ekholmsnäsvägen. Turn first left towardsLångängens gård and stay on the gravel track by the mountain. There should be a sign with our logo. Then follow our signs up into the forest — and you will find the meadow! 🐐✨
It is also good to park at Stockby gym or Långängens gård. From there, stroll along the exercise track until you see the power line and the red barn on your right.
Another option is to park along Långängsvägen right where the power line crosses the road — from there our signs will lead you up to the pasture.
🚶 Public transport to “Geteborg” Långangen — Lidingö
Take bus 201 to stop Hantverkshuset. Then walk past Stockby riding house, business park, ÅVC and Beijer Bygg. Follow the road further into the green area past Stockby gym, the outdoor gym and along the walking path towards Långängens gård with Långängskärret on the right side. The garden is located on the left at a red barn where the power line crosses the running track (about 2 km walk through the industrial area).
Directions to the garden in Upplands Väsby
Go to the shuttle car park at Upplands Väsby commuter station. Hagen is located right on the roadside of Ladbrovägen. Hagen is right next to the recycling station across the street from the commuter train station;)
Directions to the garden at Bohusgården — Lidingö
Go to Ekholmsnäsvägen and turn first right towards Bohusgården.NOTE! Do not drive all the way to the house but stop on the gravel pitch before the driveway. Also, do not go all the way up to the house, but follow our signs onto the footpath that starts at the beginning of the driveway.
