Get2Gether en ideell förening vars vision är att återinföra jämtgeten som ekologiskt slyröjare längs Sveriges kraftledningsgator. Genom vårt avelsprogram kopplat till Svenska Getavelsförbundet bidrar vi till att bevara den hotade svenska Jämtgeten. Våra getter vallas i naturvårdsområden på Lidingö där de främjar biologisk mångfald genom att hålla landskapet öppet. Namnet Get2Gether syftar till gemenskap och vi är glada att vårt arbete även bidrar till välmående och glädje för storstadsbon samtidigt som vi driver ett cirkulärt samarbete med lokala trädgårdsodlare och andra föreningar som verkar för hållbarhet.

**Welcome to Getyoga — an experience for body and soul! **\
Goat yoga is a yoga session that combines movement, relaxation and nature experience — all in the company of our highly sociable goats. For about 60 minutes, you will train balance, agility and strength under the open sky, completely based on your own conditions. No prior knowledge is required.

** 🌿 Please note: All our passports are held in Swedish. **

The session begins with a brief introduction about our goats and the association's non-profit work with the conservation of the endangered Swedish land breed jemtgoat. Our certified yoga instructor guides you through a gentle, bracing workout at a slow pace. One of our assistants is always there to create a safe environment — although it can be good to have a little goat's eye open 😉

Three of the kittens born in 2025 still live with us — still just as curious and mischievous. They are beginners at yoga but experts at spreading joy. Their closeness and playfulness adds an extra dimension of presence, laughter and recovery. \
(Kittens are planned for the summer of 2026)

Goat yoga is suitable for those who want to get moving, stay in nature and find ways to both physical and mental recovery. Or for those who simply want a unique and memorable experience to take home with you.

** 🤰 If you're pregnant**\
Our yoga classes are not specifically designed for pregnant women. If you are pregnant, you attend at your own risk and we recommend that you consult your midwife before booking.

By participating in our yoga sessions, you support our non-profit breeding work with the Jämtten goat. We are deeply grateful — your contribution is important to us!
